Customer Service first impressions

Since I run a business, I get quite a few calls from people trying to sell me products and services. I am starting to notice a trend. I am going to leave the scope of this broad so it doesn’t look like I am targetting any specific industries. I would just like this blog to be a learning experience.
Some of the calls I get it is obvious that the caller has not bothered to look up my company on the internet

Is your business booming or are you just getting by?

When you make an effort to offer excellent customer service, educate your customers on new and innovative products, and always work with honesty and integrity it will come back to you many times over. The definition of insanity is, “doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result”. If what you are doing now is not working, then maybe its time to try a different approach. There are so many different ways to advertise and market a business.
